Before the project begins, we spend the critical time necessary to develop a complete understanding of the project, determine potential constraints, assemble a dedicated team and timeline, forecast budgets, conduct a full-scale constructability review—and bring to the table all the lessons we’ve learned from every project before. Devoting the important upfront time to look at the project in totality helps to ensure that construction proceeds quickly and more efficiently.
