Whether it’s a project we’ve won, one we are competitively bidding, or a project that is conceptual and pricing is needed early on, our estimating process is the same. We follow industry standards. We start by asking a number of questions to fully understand what is required to build the project as our clients expect. This is helpful to seasoned developers and new owners alike. From there, we reach out to our long-standing network of suppliers and subcontractors and reference historical estimating data to provide our clients with the best price possible for their project scope and requirements. We’re fair to both our clients and subcontractors, and we make sure we can stand behind the estimates we put forth.
