TARGET
New store construction range in size of approximately 96,000 to 165,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and these facilities vary from slab on grade and tilt-up to masonry block wall construction. Renovations and expansions of existing stores included modifying and/or enlarging sales floors, offices, stock rooms, fitting rooms, and market areas. All renovations were completed while the stores were open to the public and their operations remained fully active.
