We have extensive experience in the building of big-box retail stores, consistently working within client parameters to deliver projects that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. At times, it means working within a live environment that doesn’t interfere with the shopping experience. Through built barricades and effective methods for minimizing dust, noise, and visual clutter, we know the ways in which to keep builders building—and shoppers shopping. We also understand that in retail, timing is critical. We’re accustomed to working outside of normal hours to meet demands, and accounting for certain time periods (back-to-school and holidays) in the project schedule. Special requirements don’t impact our ability to deliver. We can procure special materials and/or coordinate with client-selected suppliers and subcontractors without missing a beat, keeping teams in sync and on schedule.
