Construction of a residential and commercial complex. The residential component

consists of 41 units of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, and the

commercial component consists of ten commercial units. The three levels of

housing sit on top of the commercial and parking space. The construction also

included the renovation of a two-story historic brick building to house a childcare

center.
